Website Design: Indian Valley Theatre

Based in Sandwich, Illinois, Indian Valley has been “the little theatre company that could” since 1983.  As a not-for-profit, volunteer-supported, community-based organization that regales more than 2,000 theatre goers each year from the Fox Valley area, the troupe sought to update its online presence that would reflect its rich history.  IVT’s new website has a clean, uncluttered design with improved functionality and offers quick and easy access to its latest activities.   With detailed information in eight different main categories and sub categories in each, this extremely user-friendly site is also mobile-friendly to meet current user expectations.  A members-only area is a new addition to the website, which was built from the ground up, complete with a backend database and a home for resources for dues-paying patrons.

We are so pleased to have worked closely with Wheelhouse|Five, who have the knowledge and experience we needed to bring our website into the 21st Century. They are very familiar with us and the mission of Indian Valley Theatre. We are grateful for helping us bring this new website to our community.

Social Media Lead Capture Campaign: Coaching to Joy

Coaching to Joy desired to increase its brand awareness and help attract new clients through a Facebook advertising campaign.  In support of the goals of this relatively unknown, but fundamental personal coaching resource, Wheelhouse|Five implemented a social media and community management plan from start to finish.  This included creating content and imaging for four ads scaled and optimized for Facebook; targeting the ads by interest, demographics and geography; guiding setup of the client’s advertising account; designing a direct to client e-mail lead generation form; and providing daily activity reports during a two-week test run that was conducted and tweaked to determine the effectiveness of each ad.  The end result was a campaign that generated multiple leads and the opportunity for Coaching to Joy to engage with potential clients to learn more about the services they provide.

Marketing Collateral/Graphic Design: Maximum Yard

People in the lawn mowing trade say that every blade of grass tells a story. For the design of the Maximum Yard logo and collateral package Wheelhouse|Five wanted to bring the blades, and these stories onto the page. A clean and effective logo was designed that would look great on business cards, flyers, t-shirts and more.

“I wasn’t sure what kind of look I wanted for my new business. After a consultation with the Wheelhouse|Five guys they came up with something I love and am proud to use.”
